Who is LittleMissKay?
LittleMissKay (Makhosazana) produces a diverse array of art and design, inspired by her rich and vibrant surroundings. Born and bred in the City of Gold, she immerses herself in the Joburg culture and is always finding new ways to incorporate her passions for design, illustration, fashion, music and writing into her creations.
Brief background
I'm an alumna of the University of Johannesburg, having graduated in 2011 with a specialisation in Graphic Design. Additionally, I completed a year of studies at the Elizabeth Galloway Academy of Fashion in 2012.??
I have more than three years of experience within the corporate environment, where I've worked as a Marketing Officer and Visual Coordinator within the Marketing, Design and Retail industries. I also have experience in the Fashion industry, working as a Fashion Advisor and Digital Media intern for AFI - Cape Town Fashion Week.
As a Creative Designer, I believe that one's journey is a continuous learning process; my career goals are to continue to grow, learn and succeed as a Visual Marketing Communicator, Strategist and artist.
