I have a BA Degree Industrial and Economic Sociology and History from Rhodes University and I am currently working towards a Higer Certificate in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School of Marketing.
Last year (2012) I won a scholarship to attend a 6 week Entrepreneurship and Small Business Promotion Programme at Entrepreneurship Institue of India in India.

Since I graduated, I have worked as a Marketing Assistant HMS Management Consultants, Client Services/Production Assistant at Decamm Productions/Iindoni Models and an In-service Trainee at eThekwini Municipality at International and Governance Relations and Arts and Living Cultures.
Ideally I would like to be responsible for research and client liaison in a creative industry.
As a qualified Sociologist I am trained to research using both qualitative and quantitative methodology. In particular I took to briefly study marketing because I wanted to align my sociological brain ( the study of human interaction) with my business brain to enable me to give insightful and meaningful advise upon presentation of my research findings to clients/brand and marketing managers.
