My time at Arrow Print has been challenging, exciting, and extremely rewarding. Arrow Print is a small company of eleven people, with extraordinary high standards.
Customer service is the main aspect of Arrow's fabulous reputation. Major print companies in Pietermaritzburg view Arrow Print as equal opposition!
I have always been of the opinion, that given a chance within a company, with room for improvement, I would prove myself accordingly. Mr. Bill Murray (my boss) saw my dedication and gave me all his support, and I returned my utmost loyalty to him. During my time here I had the greatest honor of learning under two incredible women, Allison McDevette (Manger of Arrow Print & head of marketing) & Sandy Dixon (Head Graphics Designer at Arrow Print).
However I have outgrown this exceptional company,
My future Aspirations
I intend to study further, to increase my design experience, and study marketing, and management. I am well aware, that at the moment I have been operating mostly as a desk top publisher. I fully intend to manage a print company at some stage, as I know I am completely capable of doing so.
What do I have to offer your Company?
I have first hand knowledge of the operations of a printing company. Having started right at the bottom, I learnt hard and fast. I needed to know almost everything to prove I had what was required to proceed further. Within my time at Arrow Print I earned the respect and admiration of all my colleagues & I forged wondrous relationships with everyone I worked with.
One of my many qualities, is my deep loyalty. Being loyal and treating people with respect is the only way to be respected in return, and valued. I am a hard working individual, who takes pride in everything, always giving 101%. A fast learner. I am very much a people person, forming relationships with sincere ease. Being gifted with a warm, caring, open personality creates a foundation on which my honest nature radiates.
I am also creative, blessed with a gift of words, and design. I have leadership qualities that have grown with experience
With these qualities, I know I will be an asset to your company, and in time I'd prove myself to be a valuable employee.
