Manage all processes from confirmation of order to fruition and completion of project.

This involves sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, placing the correct orders & following up on correct delivery of goods. I work closely with the financial director to obtain and adhere to budgets of each project.
Management of internal and external deadlines.

Project co- ordination from start to finish to ensure deadlines are met and the project runs efficiently and meets the requirements of the brief.

Implementation of rules, regulations and systematic procedures for the warehouse. Management of the administration processes within the warehouse ensuring rules & regulations are adhered to. Ensuring correct admin documents completed on stock leaving & stock receiving.
