My tertiary education takes the form of 3D animation with a Diploma in Digital Animation. Graphic design I've learned through my work experience of 3 years and counting. Working in the print industry has also taught me how to prepare artwork for different kinds of print applications.
In running my own freelance business on the side I've learned a great deal about web design although I do still outsource any HTML or XHTML coding I need done.
