I have studied with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and my highest qualification is a Professional Diploma in Marketing which is equivalent to an Honours Degree locally.I have extensive experience in developing Corporate Identities and rolling this out for implementation.

I am an Executive Marketing Manager with just over 10 years of Marketing experience. I have studied with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and my highest qualification is a Professional Diploma in Marketing which is equivalent to an Honours Degree locally.
I lived in the UK and worked for two different Direct Selling Companies. I have gained extensive experience in Multi Level Marketing and organizing events whilst there. On my return to South Africa I secured a Managerial position at an Engineering Association and filled this position single handedly. I introduced many different aspects of Marketing to the Association and rolled out a very successful rebranding exercise for this association.
I am now an Executive Marketing Manager for my current company and due to the reputation that was created at the association; my skills were highly sought after by engineering companies who are members of the association.
I am self-motivated, hard working with a confident and assertive attitude that enables me to relish new and dynamic challenges within a company. With a mind-set to grow and develop I have an aggressive career ambition to be successful.
I communicate very well and consider myself to be extremely articulate. I am passionate about building and encouraging my peers to develop their careers and as such I work really well within teams - having said that I am also very capable of working on my own. I have exceptional planning/organizing skills which enables me to be effective with efficient multi-tasking aptitudes.
I would love to work for a company that recognizes my managerial ability flanked with my strategic thinking but a company that will also challenge my creativity and encourage/support my quest for personal career growth and development.
It would also be refreshing to me as a Marketer to find companies that do not specifically request experience in their chosen sectors. I believe that a professional marketer, just like any other specialist, uses a set of tools to produce the best results and as such fresher ideas are always brought to the table from an individual that has less or no experience in a particular sector. It is a matter of how intelligently the tools of the trade are applied.
