I completed a BTech Graphic Design at the Nelson Mandela Metrolpolitan University in Port Elizabeth in 2005. I have worked in several sectors of the design industry obtaining valuable experience and expertise in print production, desktop publishing and flash animation. I am skilled in the adoption and use of technology to aid design as well as being skilled in hand work.
My lecturing experience has developed my public speaking and interpersonal skills. Working in the hospitality industry for nine years has also taught me a great deal about maintaining customer relationships; the management and procurements of stock and staff; and the importance of service excellence.

My objective is to establish myself in as a fulltime graphic designer where my knowledge, expertise and creativity can be fully combined and utilized. I believe that I have the ability to take on a challenging position where I can add value and contribute to the development of the corporate image by providing a high level of support whilst expanding my knowledge, through further study, and experience in the process and work environment. I am looking forward to further developing my skills as a web designer by undertaking learning Dreamweaver, CSS and xml along with any other necessary software or programming language.
