Responsible for the effective launch, roll-out and profitable growth of these brands in retail stores, both in stand and stand alone stores across the country. Accountable for the overall management and execution of retail strategies to ensure profitability whilst achieving international brand standards.
Full accountability for the marketing and management of all 3 brands in both own and partner operated retail stores to deliver a profitable and sustainable business model i.e. deliver against KPI's and P&L's.
Collaborative partnership with marketing team to implement in-store marketing activations. And analysis thereafter to ensure that ROI was achieved and there is an incremental improvement in execution and development of future campaigns.
Inventory management in stores and managing the flow to outlet stores. Making commercial decisions based on the analysis of sell out information to maximize stock turns, revenue and margins.
Responsible for the product selection and assortment planning for individual stores, providing feedback to product team to assist in the development of market right product for future lines as well as to identify and highlight opportunities or gaps that can be addressed in current seasons.
Oversee and assist store managers to ensure that operating expenses are kept in line with budgets, stock loss is managed, HR and IR issues are dealt with and customer service levels are upheld
