Five years as Chairman of SA Direct Marketing Association in Natal, South Africa. Substantial experience in the design, production and management of Direct Marketing Campaigns. As a result became very involved with customer data quality in terms of accuracy, duplications, linking, etc. many years spent in the validation and correction of address data. Currently Business Development Consultant at Prosource Data Software Solutions with focus on customer address quality, sourcing of alternate contact data, spatial analysis with geo-coding.
