General sales, Establishing new client base, training new people, closing and opening of offices, invoicing, purchasing, salaries, income and balancing, managing department expenses, turning department into an income generating department, handling of large amounts of cash, stock taking, fleet management, price negotiation, day to day running of office, rout scheduling, rout planning, problem client handling, after sales customer care, procurements, process development, job placements within the company (finding new sales reps, new fitters etc) I ran the whole business with the exception of admin and collections of outstanding invoices that we were waiting for the insurance companies to pay us.
