I have gained experience while working for two reputable companies in South Africa such as Momentum and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). The roles I was tasked with ranges from journalism, media liaison, stakeholder relations, events management, and production of corporate material as well as writing for internal and external communication and also to provide communication support for staff, clients and stakeholders.
I hold post-graduate degree in BA Honours in Communication Theory at the University of Johannesburg and a BA in Media Studies from the University of Limpopo. Jayson further obtained a certificate in Marketing Management with UNISA while working as an Intern at the CSIR.
