I have a Secretarial and Computer Diploma, as well as a Marketing Management Diploma and Meetings & Minutes Certificate and Health & Safety Certificate. I have worked for various corporate companies making use of my skills and expertise in administration and marketing management and support. I meet the predisposed criteria as set out in most Personal Assistant advertisements and my personality and skills match preferred criteria and requirements.
I have extensive experience with CRM and customer service and am practical with a mature and confident initiative and commitment to the foundations of excellence; work delivery and brand management, supported with the great administrative capability, PC productivity and top level communication. I am driven and competitive enough to meet targets, go the extra mile on service and detail and team work to improve the quality of work. I work well on my own, as well as within a team and enjoy the challenge of succeeding under pressure. I type 58-64 wpm (at 98-100% accuracy) and operate MS Office at advanced operational levels.
