To some degree it's in my blood. I grew up in the business of advertising. My dad is an illustrator, designer, sculptor and art director. I grew up playing on his design programs, sculpting with his clay and inheriting his overpriced colour pencils and old-school Letraset... What choice did I have?

Visual communication has never felt like a job. I love it. I'm constantly the beta version of the person I want to be, tweaking, adjusting and improving towards excellence. I can't imagine a more exciting time to be doing what I do.

As a leader I am very hands on. I prefer to lead by example and instruction. I have extensive experience in all elements of marketing - from traditional advertising and store design to interactive and emerging technologies.
