Position : Executive Assistant to Chief Audit Executive and Executive Management

Key Responsibility Areas:
Provide managerial office support in terms of its day-to-day operations and deals with crises independently as they arise.
Liaise on behalf of the Chief Audit Executive by addressing correspondence to the Municipal Manager Deputy City Manager's, Heads of Units and external critical stakeholders and other requisite recipients
Facilitate and Coordinate office special projects by ensuring implementation, monitoring milestones
Provide advisory to Executive Management in terms of the Unit forecast by formulating planning programmes in relation to the City Strategic Plans
Complying with Archives Act by ensuring that all documentation is stored correctly for quick and efficient retrieval
Manage the Technical and Quality Assurance services for the unit by applying various standards and policies as an when required
Facilitate the Monthly Performance Scorecard for the Unit in liaison with Performance Monitoring Evaluations Unit of the City
Handling confidential correspondence in a sensitive and professional manner
Meetings management - setting up meeting and taking minutes
