I have written about a multitude of topics for most of the major publications in South Africa and I pride myself on the vast network of media contacts I've established throughout my career. I have a prominent profile in the local media industry and over the past few years I've maintained an average Klout Score of 60+ on social media. I'm very versatile and I also have extensive marketing and PR experience. Apart from writing, editing and translating my skills include research, layout and design. Teaching journalism has become a passion over the past few years. I consider myself an activist for media freedom and human rights and I'm often asked to comment on gender issues.
