Since leaving university in 2006, but specifically over the last six years, I have honed my natural talents as a writer, editor and translator to now make myself available for mid to senior positions in the media, marketing and advertising industries. I am driven to create and have a flair for esthetics with an eye for detail. I flourish under pressure and function optimally in a deadline-driven work environment. I have ample experience in print media (since high school), online publishing and advertising backed by solid references.
My skill set is not limited to the written word only and I have added design (graphic, page layout and web), photography and art direction to my repertoire while working as a freelance desktop publisher, in retail, hospitality and part-time in the theatre industry. I am technologically savvy with above average computer skills, high proficiency in mathematics and valued problem solving instincts.
I am interested in writing, editing and translating positions as well as opportunities in art direction, project management, public relations or content creation.
