My first work situation was in the supply chain sector of business at Parts Incorporation/Midas Parts Group under Bid-Vest. The title of my position then was a Process Controller where my responsibility was in the dispatch.
I worked as a process controller for ten months. In January 2014 I started working for Bytes People Solution as a Vodacom prepaid customer care consultant. After 8 months in that department, I was promoted to Vodacom Data Lite department where I assisted customers with technical queries.
On April 01, 2017, I started working for a division of Angor Properties, Sectional Title Support Services served as a call centre agent for Stss prepaid electricity and Stss fibre account queries.
I started enrolling for a BA in Communication Science with UNISA in 2016 to further my studies, In the midst of the very same year, I managed to settle a Junior Journalist position with a small online publication company known as Spaza Shop Median where I practised the role of a journalist for four months.
