Originally form JHB... I started my humble beginnings on a small Mining town, Glenharvie, I enjoy a great childhood in a safe stress free environment far from the big city. My father was a Radio presenter and my mother is a psychologist.
We moved back to the city where I attended high school at Linden in JHB and made a bunch of friends for life, people I still see and work with in the industry today.
I funded my early acting days by managing two of Johannesburg's live rock music venues and restaurants.
I spent a year on set at SCANDAL and later did Floor managing training at Stark studios for Binnelanders.
After playing in various forms of acting TV, CINMEA,TVC's CORPORATE THEATRE I decided to see how the money works in my industry and landed a great opportunity at eMedia Sales for ETV, OVHD and ENCA
I worked as an Internal Sales Executive. I was part of the 2012 best sales team for one channel alone and won the prestigious ETV Mumbai MBA conference with my clients in 2016.
I paid off my house and decided to leave corporate sales and go freelance. I have produced a TVC that went to air and created a TV show called Strange SA which, I researched, produced, coordinated and presented. It aired on ED190 DSTV in 2016 with the help of Urban Brew.
At urban brew I was also a part of Tyres & Braaiers on SABC3 where I was the production coordinator. Coordinating a production I had to find content E.g. old cars tourist spots, activities plus a group of braaiers for each episode. I had to arrange shoot days with our content and book flights + transport.
Now I have my own media company (Black Mushroom Media) with my oldest and best friend Matthew Gardner.
I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate who is able to work under pressure and achieve work goals and objectives.
Good acting, presenting, people, producing, researching and sales skills.
My specific aims are to qualify as an Actor, gain experience in the acting, production communications, sales and marketing fields. I'm good at organising and managing activities to bring new and innovative forms of entertainment, client service, communication and organisational logistical skills to the world of work with a will to succeed.
