GroundUp Media is a professional video and photography company. Our standard service offering includes: video production, professional photography, aerial video and aerial photography. As GroundUp Media strives to provide our clients with a one stop service, the following value-add services are available: in-house voice over recording, photo retouching, DTP and design work.
COMPANY HISTORY
GroundUp Media began in 2007 with a small self-funded start-up. With clear vision for the short, mid and long term goals, the founders have literally built the business from the ground up. The company has acquired the professional equipment needed to be more competitive in the video and photography industry and are fast establishing themselves as one of its emerging leaders.
August 2010 saw the company spread its wings as they announced the launch their exciting and innovative new venture: GroundUp Media Aerial Division. GroundUp Media Aerial specializes in Aerial Video and Photography. State of the art remote controlled drones are used to capture footage and still images. The drones are compact, portable and quick to deploy and convey a three dimensionality that cannot be achieved with traditional aerial and ground techniques. The drones provide a cost effective aerial video and photography service which has made the high cost of renting an actual helicopter and pilot with their no-fly zones a thing of the past.
