As a self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for detail, I take pride in what I do and make sure that my tasks are accurately completed to deadline. I work well in both, teams and independently.

As a problem solver by nature I adapt well to change, and push myself to understand the systems and processes that I work with, whether self-taught or trained. I am loyal and hard-working and do not stop until I am happy with the outcome of the tasks I am working on. I prioritise well and manage my time effectively. My eagerness to learn, develop new skills and gain experience is a key motivator.

Currently I am managing a team of two, delivering the monthly financial KPI's, as well as managing the financials relating to Marketing/Sponsorship projects that the business is involved in. This role includes training, mentoring, performance management, analysis and reporting.

I am proficient in Microsoft business operating systems as well as some industry specific systems such as Chase, Pastel and Quickbooks.
