I am a young, motivated and inspired creative looking for a new job in the design industry. I am currently finishing my fourth and final year of Visual Communication Design at the University of Stellenbosch and will graduate in December this year. I consider myself to be extremely hardworking, diligent and organized which is why I have decided to start the process of finding a job before I graduate.
As a designer I have been heavily influenced by my environment. I grew up
on a farm in rural Swaziland and have been surrounded by many different cultures from an early age. I draw much inspiration from my background and down to earth up-bringing. I believe this has provided me with a unique ability to think out the box and to see things from a different perspective. I offer a unique approach to design conceptualization, love to challenge my practical design skills and am always keen to learn.
I believe that a strong concept is the foundation of good design. It is this which I feel gives me an advantage in the creative industry as I am always able to think out the box and push the envelope. My work is unique and I have a strong reverence for all that is hand made and like to pay attention to the art of 'the hand' in my work. I am always prepared to go the extra mile, put in 110% effort and to always push the envelope. I pride myself in the ability to think out the box and to find quick solutions to problems. I believe I could be an asset to any company as I always pay attention to detail, try my hardest to reach perfection and am always up for a challenge.
