Since starting my career as publishing intern, five years ago, I have learnt to develop personal and professional skills at a speed that could make one's head spin. I advanced from being an intern to manager of a publishing division in four years. My work ethic, ability to keep a cool head amidst (sometimes) stormy situations, intuition, integrity and thirst for knowledge have greatly supported me through this.

As someone who can move from being a friend to being a manager within seconds, I don't often get the lines blurred - maintaining good relationships both professionally and personally. More than this, I have managed to maintain excellent professional relationships with a multitude of authors and other publishing clients.

My love remains book design (including typesetting) and graphic design, but this will not deter my ability to manage and understand day-to-day business within the creative industry.

As a multi-faceted, curious and creative individual, I aim able to position myself in the publishing sphere as a champion of the trade and one that will work tirelessly to the advancement of published media.
