I have a proven proficiency when it comes to conceptualizing and implementing Retail marketing strategies and campaigns as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. I always focus on the desired result in order to achieve flawless execution of products and services delivery.
I strive to derive value and excellence whilst learning and increasing competence daily through my energetic, enthusiastic personality together with my passion for people and customer service. I have worked in various roles within Retail VM Marketing and Operations over the last 17 years and have progressed significantly.

I have excellent leadership, negotiation and motivational skills and use this to influence my team and stakeholders in order to achieve key performance objectives, hence enabling our company to move forward and achieve its ultimate goals. Over the past years in my various positions I have exceeded targets set by the company by being innovative, committed and giving quality direction and I am positive I will do the same within any group.
