Currently employed as a Field Manager at Smollan Group Bloemfiontein and have 26 field staff reportig to me.Responsible for the top end retail stores eg;PnP,Checkers,Wholesale,Franchise stores Spar and Ok foods.
My duties incl but are not limited to appointing new staff and ensure documents are send to HO for payments,daily store visits,submition of weekly and monthly reports,ensure promotions booked are implemented as per promo grid per channel,generate and intepret market intellegence,meet customer and client expetation,develop and manage constructive relations with unit,staff,group support and clients.
