These are my duties and responsibilities as Sales Coordinator/Order Management Controller:
? Utilizing the ERP company software system to define the status of all purchase orders and production orders required to make up each respective Sales order. ? To liaise with Procurement staff and Production staff where information is not clear on the ERP. ? Liaise with Logistics for shipping of Sales order on behalf of clients ? Sending clients shipping information on completion of their orders ? Arranging orders to be packed and ready ? Sales order weekly reports ? Ensure on time Delivery KPI goals are met ? Creating Commercial Invoices & Packing lists for international shipping purposes ? Sales compliant investigations ? Clients reports on Sales trading orders ? Ensuring Sales order are shipped on time, punctual to clients expected deadline. ? Processing invoices of all Sales Trade orders ? Raising Credit Notes for Returned and damaged orders/items
