• Develop Project Plan as per the project scope/requirements.
• Direct and guide project resources.
• Monitor and manage the project schedule, budget and risk.

• Trainer on PPM as per the Client's request. This includes generic project management
training.
• Sales Management & procurement
• Management of RFP's to final proposals
• Testing and sign off systems
• Site Planning & Installation on new & existing buildings
