Show profile Hide profileI have been working in an IT environment for around 20 years with wide executive experience in a large number of IT portfolios ranging from Exec - IT strategy, Head of Enterprise Architecture, Exec BI, Data Management, BSS Implementation, Head of ERP systems -SAP, Process management and IT Finance. I have also spent a similar period in Finance - ranging from Auditing, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management -which includes budgeting, project implementations, financial reporting etc. Based on my experience in implementations, change programs etc. I am a strong driver of change and have the ability to take people with me in change programs. Experience have taught me the importance of staff participation and the importance of ensuring that administrative duties linked to projects / programs, staff, remuneration and the likes plays a very important role in service improvement efforts, project delivery & change management and successful implementation. I am a very good team player but have the ability to work individually. I am well versed in presenting and communication of all business related issues, whether problem statement, solutions, plans and new business / operational concepts. I am specifically able to communicate and explain technical (IT & other) concepts and solutions to business partners in "Business language".
