-The role involves preparing daily logs on Airwaves and RCS, reporting any discrepancies in reconciliation to the line manager, reporting on missing audio and loading new audio for log purposes. Tracking all new material on the audio logging system; supplying accurate scheduled advertisement times to staff in the Sales department on request. Entering all late bookings, changes, cancellations, etc. Filing all processed daily logs as well as outstanding audio and reports. Maintaining a functional library and filing system of all advertising audio in receipt. Reporting on daily play-out reconciliations to the line manager; providing weekly feedback reports to the line manager regarding on-air executions. Exporting data reports and auctioning any reasonable requests that may be required from time to time. Overseeing work done by the Junior Log Editor as well as working hand-in-hand with the Sales department to make sure the traffic section of radio is implemented and exported onto the RCS/Linker/Airwaves systems, making sure audio, live reads and interviews are fit to be aired on radio, abiding by the time and target market-related rules.
