Acting Project Manager at Indalo Yethu
I am a'go getter'. I always want to see project objectives reached. I am time conscious because in projects time is money.
Show profile Hide profileI have experiences in coordinating projects, I have coordinated a R39million project in Ga-Rankuwa for the national department of environment. I am currently also managing five other similar projects for Indalo Yethu which is South Africa's envoronmental Trust for the department of environment. My role as a manager is to see that Coordinators perform and reach the deliverables within the time frames given.
I also have a good background of training as I worked in the mining industry as a facilitator and trainer for five years. This was in line with project management as we were working with targets that were set by the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA). I was expected to produce no less than 85% pass rate at the training center. This was also part of the mining charter under the social labour plan in conjunction with the department of labour.
I am qualified with Honours in Education Management. I have completed my twelve modules in MBA. I am about to embark on the last phase of my MBA studies which is research phase.
I am a qualified assessor and moderator.
