Enthusiasm and a passion for creating compelling User Experiences, both online and offline has resulted in the acquisition of a range of different skills over the years. Analyzing business needs and finding links between systems, processes and people, requires attentive listening skills, which are a crucial part of the communication process. This allows for the effective compilation of information from multiple inputs and the ability to ask the right questions. This creates intuitively scoped projects that are technically sound and sustainable.

My experience in communicating with various levels of an organization has developed transferable skills that are used to simplify documents, processes and procedures so that it can be easily understood by the different audiences.
