Asante Kapanga is a B.Com Marketing and Human Resource Graduate from the University of Witwatersrand where she was nominated as the Marketing Manager for the Wits Business Society (WBS). Responsibilities included communicating business seminars events and dates with members. She also joined the First Year Experience launched to bridging the gap between high school and university by providing a support structure aimed at empowering and equipping first year university students with the necessary and essential skills to navigate successfully through university. In 2015 she completed a Foundations in Digital Marketing , as well as Social Media and Online Reputation Management diploma.

Her work career started off in marketing, being an in-store Promoter for The Creative Counsel ( TCC) working on campaigns for Coke and Mrs Balls Chutney at shopping centres. Upon completing the Digital Marketing cause she recreated the We Clean It All website to meet customer needs, as well as manage all social media platforms ( Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumbler, Blogger and Mailchimp).
Having worked for an Online English Teaching company, she helped develop and train supervisors and managers for the Human Resource department and the Operations department at the Johannesburg centre. Asante was also responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of new staff to meet growing demand.

Currently she is a consultant for Ganizani and We Clean it All. She is responsible for Strategy and Research, contributing to the short and long-term organizational planning and strategy for We Clean it all as well as HR and administrative.
Under Ganizani consulting services she works as a Marketing and research Assistant, with her scope of services extending to HR administrator which include drafting contracts for staff members and interns; desk top research for strategic directon, assisting in compiling Tender documents, and putting together marketing research presentations.
