Candidate attorneys compete online
Werksmans has come up with a new recruitment method - an Apprentice style competition. Would-be candidate attorneys can enter The Candidate Challenge 2012 by providing a 150-word motivation as to why they believe they are the one and upload a video clip to accompany this motivation to the practice's website for the public and student community to view and vote for their favourite contender. ‘The Candidate' who rises to the challenge and wins the public's vote will be guaranteed an interview with CEO Jeremy Botha for the firm's 2012 intake of candidate attorneys.
