SA paper accepted by American Research Foundation

The American Research Foundation has accepted the paper “The Challenge of Driver Analysis” written by John “Butch” Rice, the co-founder TNS Research Surveys (formerly Research Surveys), one of the largest research companies in Africa. Rice, who has retired from the active management of the company, spends his time consulting and writing. He was also intimately involved in the development of the Conversion Model, a leading measure of customer equity globally.
