Adele Lucas Promotions apologises for newsletter glitch
Toby Chance, MD of Adele Lucas Promotions, has apologised for hundreds of subscribers receiving its newsletter on its forthcoming Soweto Festival Expo, which runs from 23-25 September at Johannesburg Expo Centre, Nasrec, up to 10 times during its email run of 28 July 2011, thanks to an ISP glitch. "I understand the irritation this has caused [subscribers], and if you were one of those unlucky subscribers I unreservedly apologise," says Chance.
