Who are we looking for:
A well-connected, commercially driven digital advertising and sponsorship sales professional who can help brands connect with South Africa’s passionate football audience. Someone with strong relationships across brands and media agencies, capable of developing creative, content-led sponsorships and integrated digital campaigns that turn engaged audiences into revenue-generating partnerships. Experience in digital media, brand partnerships and sports sponsorships is highly advantageous. 

What will you do:
You will represent two growing football media properties, developing relationships with advertisers, media agencies and brand decision-makers to unlock new commercial opportunities.
With a strong focus on branded content, digital sponsorships, social media campaigns and integrated marketing solutions, you will have the opportunity to help shape our commercial offering while building a valuable portfolio of advertising partners.
Identify, pitch and secure new advertising and sponsorship partners.

• Leverage existing agency and client relationships to generate qualified commercial opportunities.
• Develop and sell integrated campaigns across digital video, social media, branded content and sponsorship properties.
• Collaborate with our strategic team to create innovative brand partnership proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial introduction and pitch through to negotiation and closing.
• Build long-term commercial relationships that generate recurring campaign revenue.
• Identify opportunities across football-related brands and the broader consumer market.

What do you need:

• Industry connections: Established relationships with brands, advertising agencies, media agencies and sponsorship decision-makers.
• Sales track record: Proven success in securing digital advertising, branded content or sponsorship deals.
• Digital media knowledge: Understanding of platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Commercial creativity: Ability to develop compelling brand partnerships and integrated campaigns that drive revenue.
• Sports and sponsorship experience: Experience in sports media, football or sponsorships is advantageous.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven and confident in business development, pitching and closing deals.
