FNB Whisky Live Festival
The launch of the 10th FNB Whisky Live Festival - one of the largest, whisky and lifestyle event of its kind - took place in Johannesburg, 20 September 2012.
Last year over 18 000 visitors attended the South African leg of this global gathering of whisky lovers, ahead of similar events in London, Paris, Tokyo and New York.
Glenfiddich, the world's leading single malt Scotch Whisky flowed freely from a hand-carved ice sculptured whisky fountain which used nearly half a ton of ice.
The FNB Whisky Live Festival will run at the Cape Town Convention from 3 to 5 October, in Durban at the Durban International Convention Centre from 1 to 2 November and at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg from 7 to 9 November 2012. The festival will be open between 6pm - 10pm daily. Tickets are available www.whiskylivefestival.co.za
