Going green at the Natural & Organic Show
The Natural & Organic Products Exhibition opened at the Cape Town International Convention Centre on Friday, 17 October 2008 and ran till Sunday, 19 October. Some of the highlights at this year's expo included the 'Love Fresh Love Local' selection of locally grown and processed foods that supports community development, as well as the eco fashion extravaganza No Kak 2008. Other notable features are the Organic Wine Lane and the Conscious Cooking Corner, where guest chefs demonstrated how to incorporate healthy food and kitchen habits into the everyday diet.
