The role
We're looking for a sharp, commercially driven digital operator to own NOMU's e-commerce ecosystem end to end. This isn't a supporting role. You'll have full accountability for our D2C web store, Amazon marketplaces and partner platforms. If you love the intersection of data, brand and performance, this is your seat.

What you'll own

• Multi-channel catalogue management keep product listings across NOMU's online store, Amazon Seller Central, and third-party platforms accurate, premium, and conversion-ready at all times.
• Price parity and promotional alignment run a unified promotional calendar. Every deal, discount, and price move goes live consistently and simultaneously across every platform — no exceptions.
• SEO and listing optimisation drive organic visibility through smart keyword research, optimised titles, bullet points, and backend search terms that convert.
• Reporting and analytics deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting — traffic, conversion, ad spend efficiency, revenue — and translate the data into clear strategic action.
• Social and E-commerce alignment partner with the NOMU marketing team to ensure paid advertising and organic social are perfectly in sync — from product launches to brand messaging to visual aesthetics.
• Performance marketing and paid media plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon PPC, Google Shopping, and Paid Social. Own the numbers: ROAS up, CAC down.

What you need to bring

• 5 years managing multi-channel e-commerce platforms, with hands-on Amazon seller central experience and a strong D2C background. (Shopify or WooCommerce)
• A proven track record running and scaling PPC campaigns efficiently — you have the ROAS numbers to prove it.
• The ability to work alongside creative teams and bridge brand storytelling with commercial conversion.
• Comfort with data: Google Analytics, Amazon Reports and business insights and analytics.
• An obsessive eye for detail — pricing accuracy and category & brand asset consistency are non-negotiable for you.
• A self-starter mindset: you take accountability, introduce best practices, and don't wait to be told what needs fixing.
