We are looking for an ambitious, well-connected FMCG Sales Representative to help drive the growth of our premium non-alcoholic beverage brand across the Western Cape.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who already represents complementary FMCG brands and is looking to expand their portfolio with an innovative, high-growth product offering.

If you have established relationships with independent retailers, wholesalers, convenience stores, forecourts, and regional retail groups, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the Western Cape.
• Secure new retail listings and grow distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and store owners.
• Drive sales growth through regular customer visits.
• Identify opportunities for increased ranging and promotional activity.
• Ensure excellent execution and follow-up with customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Requirements

• Proven FMCG sales experience.
• Existing portfolio of FMCG products (advantageous).
• Established customer relationships within the Western Cape retail market.
• Experience selling into independent retailers, wholesalers, forecourts, and modern trade.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence. 
• Ability to work independently.
