Starcom walks the talk
Once again the Starcom team put on their walking shoes to join over 50 000 walkers at the Discovery 702 Walk the Talk held recently at Marks Park.
Regular supporters of the event, the Starcom team and once again arrived in high spirits to complete the 8km walk together.
The objective of the event is to promote healthier lifestyles and encourage social unity. According to the Walk the Talk website, regular exercise is one of the pillars of preventing heart disease. For example, walking 30 minutes a day can reduce your risk of having a heart attack or developing diabetes by up to 40 percent.
