Zambezi Magic to roll out Date My Family Botswana
Local production houses have been invited to collaborate to produce Botswana's version of DStv's popular dating show, Date My Family.

The TV show, aired on Mzanzi Magic, or channel 160, assists singletons find love by sending them on dates with their potential partner’s family, according to Zambezi Magic.
Zambezi Magic, which provides a mix of locally produced content for six markets in Southern Africa, is giving the opportunity to all well-established production houses in Botswana to produce the first season of the hit reality TV show Date My Family Botswana.
Date My Family South Africa is already a success on Msanzi Magic’s channel 161.
The show provides an opportunity for their bachelors or bachelorettes to share a meal with three different families, while the other participant watches how everything turns out from a monitor in a separate room.
