Kim Kardashian launches Brutal Fruit variant

Brutal Fruit launched its new variant Cheeky Cranberry with the aid of Kim Kardashian (international ambassador) and Bonang Matheba (local ambassador) at an exclusive event at The Rand Club, central Johannesburg, earlier this week. She will be in Cape Town today to launch the product in the Western Cape.

Kim, who arrived in the country on Wednesday for a three-day visit courtesy of the brand, will next be in Cape Town to help launch the variant in that province.

One lucky winner also drove home in a brand new Audi A3, after entering the competition on Facebook, and had the opportunity to be awarded the car keys by the international superstar.

Brutal Fruit's marketing manager, Genevieve Melville, said they are very excited about the new variant and the opportunity to host Kardashian: "We hope our consumers will not only enjoy Cheeky Cranberry, but it will also give them a platform to bring out their cheeky and fun personalities. To add some South Africa glitz, the beautiful and talented Bonang Matheba has been chosen as Brutal Fruit Cheeky Cranberry's ambassador and party hostess."

Matheba - model, TV presenter, fashion designer and radio DJ, will be hosting all of the launch parties, but will be joined by the Kardashian sisters in Cape Town today, Friday, 17 December, 2010.
