Constantia Glen unveils 2019 winter menu
The menu features much-needed comfort in the form of dishes like traditional Austrian beef goulash served with spätzle and soups like French onion soup with croûte au fromage as well as a vegan potato and leek soup – which both served with freshly-baked bread.
The winter-warming offers may be paired with Constantia Glen’s wines. Patrons may also add a platter of artisanal cheese and charcuterie.
Constantia Glen’s winter menu also features slow-cooked pulled lamb served with potato gratin, wild mushrooms and green beans. Another new addition is the grilled chicken paillard served with watercress, rosa tomatoes and parmesan.
The tasting room is open at 11am to 6pm from Sunday to Thursday and 11am to 8pm from Friday to Saturday.
