Organisations that utilize fieldworkers to perform quality assurance testing through on-site surveys which require sending tasks to their field teams to collect information such as GPS co-ordinates, multiple digital photographs, validated meter readings, barcodes and other survey information require a mobile workforce solution. In addition live data feeds on employee tasks assigned will ensure companies are able to keep customers updated on task and delivery progress.
