The innovative Student Achiever banking marketing tool provides students with all the information they need to know about the bank and its new bank account. One side of the Z-Card details information about how to find account details, depositing and withdrawing cash, buying pre-paid airtime, checking the account balance, cellphone and internet banking and purchasing airtime from a cellphone, the other provides financial related information about FICA, savings accounts, share trading and bank loans.
"Most teenagers and young adults who have not had their own bank account don't know a lot about banks, how they operate and how they benefit their consumers. The handy medium has enabled the bank to get its message across to this target audience in a manner that actually engages their attention," says Standard Bank's Roderick Thomas.
"The power pocket enables students to keep their new debit card safe, whilst still being able to easily transport the information they need to make it work," adds John Davis, MD of PocketMedia Solutions.
