New granary bread, roll mix from Supreme
Supreme Flour has launched a Granary Bread & Roll Prepared Mix, which requires only the addition of yeast and water, resulting in less wastage due to consistent quality and ease of use. It enables bakers to produce a wide range of granary based products.

Derived from imported malted wheat flakes, the mix has a distinct flavour profile that allows bakers to create bread with a malted nutty taste. The special taste is derived from a traditional eight-day wheat malting process, combined with quality ingredients.
"The prepared mixes range reduces labour costs and skill requirements and allows the bakery to expand on ranges, while benefiting from the company's global expertise."
