"With consumer demand escalating and buyers more discerning than ever, bakers need to ensure that their final products not only surpass expectations, but that their inputs too, allowing them to operate their bakeries on a profitable basis," says Craig Binnion, technical manager chains & bakeries - Foodcorp Milling.

Derived from imported malted wheat flakes, the mix has a distinct flavour profile that allows bakers to create bread with a malted nutty taste. The special taste is derived from a traditional eight-day wheat malting process, combined with quality ingredients.
