X/PROCURE® enables online competition for Arrow Pharmascript
The company also sought to capitalise on X/procure®'s access to more than 62 % of the country's pharmacies who are using electronic procurement systems, to alleviate confusion around the name Arrow Pharmascript, formerly known as Scriptpharm.
Taking the advertising strategy one step further by developing a competition, assisted pharmacists to personally interact with this advertising campaign and stand a chance of taking home items which are in great demand in South Africa at the moment. The competition communication spanned the online messaging interface, announcement screens, banner adverts and screen savers which appear on the X/procure® ordering system. Winners were also announced on X/procure®.
Running for a total of three months and concluding in September, pharmacists who enter via the procurement platform stand to win a number of gas appliances and GPRS navigation units sponsored by X/procure®.
