Job description
Who We Are:A leading business-to-business publishing house, specialising in trade publications across niche industries.
Who We Are Looking For:
A dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in travel or tourism. The ideal candidate is confident, energetic and enjoys networking and building lasting business relationships.
What You Will Do
- Prospect, identify and secure new advertising business within the travel and tourism sector
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Present and promote advertising solutions tailored to client needs
- Plan meetings and travel routes efficiently – this is not a daily on-the-road sales rep. position
- Achieve monthly activity targets (30 prospects and 12 meetings) and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of new business to Account Executives
What You Need
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or advertising (preferably in travel/tourism)
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Key Account Management (KAM) experience, with the ability to convert relationships into new business
- Experience with wholesalers (airlines, tour operators, hotels, etc.) (preferred)
- Strong organisation and planning abilities
- A goal-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
