General Manager for hire..
I am young, strong, well trained and ready to work. I have just come back to Jozi from a "time-out" in the bush and I am looking to sink my teeth into some good solid work. I have great people skills, sales and management and organisational work are no problem. I have been trained up, now just need a place to put my skills to good use.
In the past few months I have heard the same grumble from business owners and tired entrepreneurs alike. "My staff are tired" , " my staff don't do what I say because its not that important to them" , I don't have any middle management or cant afford a General Manager", I have no one to chase up on tasks set , and I am too busy trying to run the business", "I cant take my eye off the ball.. so many important tasks go UN-done." "I don't know how to motivate my staff anymore"
