My duties were to build good relationship with clients, Retain clients, resolve customer queries telephonically. Be a team player and provide good customer service to clients. I believe that I can make a different in the company as I am currently working as a Client Service Specialist and my duties are to ensure that I provide good customer service to clients. Ensuring the delivery of superior customer service is in line with the business objectives. Resolve customer queries via telephone i.e. Internet banking, Business Banking Technical, Business Banking product, Nedtreasury and Nedinform. I've worked as an Admin assistant for Ithala Development Fin. Corporation Ltd and my duties were to Co-ordinates the Mayibuye Youth in Business Competition Campaign.
I am very organised, positive, and service orientated. I trust in my own abilities. I make things happen.
